We went to Kauai right after the wedding to do the Kalalau trail and a bit of sight-seeing. Our standard backpacking trip these days seems to include a few days sleeping in a tent and eating just-add-water food, followed by a few days in a fancy hotel to nurse bruises and blisters.
What can I say about Kauai that the photos can't? Enjoy...
